Managed VPS Hosting

A managed VPS with full root access and no sysadmin job.

Your site has outgrown shared hosting, and the next step usually comes with a second job attached. This one doesn’t. A VPS reserves vCPU and RAM for your server alone, so a busy neighbour cannot take them, and KVM keeps the wall up. You get root from day one. We patch the operating system, run the security software, and back the whole thing up.

VPS Plans

Three sizes, and you can move between them.

Start with the size that fits today. Adding vCPU, RAM, and storage later is a plan change, not a migration, so nothing moves to new hardware. We schedule the change with you and tell you up front whether a short reboot is needed.

Standard on Every VPS

We manage up to your server’s door. Inside it is yours.

Core Managed means we look after the server underneath your applications. It covers OS-level security patching, Imunify360 threat protection, CloudLinux setup, cPanel/WHM or Plesk installation and updates, and control panel maintenance.

Your vCPU and RAM are reserved for you

KVM sets aside the cores and memory in your plan for your server alone, so a neighbour’s busy afternoon does not take them from you. Storage and network are shared on the host; the reserved part is the cores and memory.

Root access from day one

Install whatever your application needs, over SSH or through cPanel/WHM or Plesk, the browser dashboard you use to manage sites, email, and databases without touching a command line. The panel licence is included free.

We patch it so you don’t track updates

OS security patching, kernel updates, hardening, Imunify360 threat protection, and DDoS filtering that stops attack traffic at the edge of our network, on every VPS.

Daily backups, kept for 5 days

Automatic daily backups on every plan, with 5 recovery points. Restores are a helpdesk ticket away, any hour of any day.

24/7 helpdesk

Get technical help through the helpdesk at any hour. Our target is a first response in under 25 minutes, around the clock.

Where the line is. Core Managed covers the server, and your applications stay yours to run. If you want our engineers watching those too, that work is Server Administration, from $199/mo, and 24/7 monitoring with staffed alerts is its first line item.

Is a VPS the Right Fit?

A VPS suits some work and is the wrong answer for other work.

A VPS is a good fit when…

  • Your site outgrew shared hosting: steady traffic, a database doing real work
  • You need root access and a specific operating system setup
  • You run an API, a store with real order volume, or SaaS
  • You’re an agency putting client sites on a server you control

FAQ

Three things people ask before ordering.

What do “dedicated resources” actually mean on a VPS?

Your vCPU cores and RAM are reserved for your server by KVM. Another customer on that machine cannot borrow them when their traffic spikes. Storage and network are a different matter: those are shared back-end resources on a multi-tenant host, so we do not promise reserved disk speed. If your work needs the whole machine, that is a Virtual Dedicated Server.

What do I manage, and what do you manage?

We manage up to your server’s door: hardware, network, virtualization layer, plus Core Managed. Inside the server you have root, and what you install is yours. Application-level monitoring and management is Server Administration, from $199/mo.

How do backups work, and how long are they kept?

Daily, with 5 recovery points, so the oldest copy you can go back to is 5 days old. Shared hosting keeps 30 days, so this number gets smaller when you move up. Restores are a helpdesk ticket away at any hour: tell us what you need back and an engineer confirms the recovery point with you first. Backups are a recovery layer, not a substitute for your own copies of anything business-critical.
